Elementary Choice Programs
Two-Way Dual-Language Academy
OPENING IN 2026-27 FOR PRE-K AND KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS!
The Two-Way Dual Language Academy at Highlands Elementary School employs a dynamic educational model that integrates both Emergent Bilingual (EB) students and English-dominant students in the same classroom, offering instruction in two languages.
Collegiate Pathway
From Pre-K through fifth-grade, scholars learn at an accelerated pace and strengthen their leadership skills through programs like Gifted and Talented Challenge Labs, classroom ambassador opportunities, and AVID strategies that foster confidence and build college readiness.
Fine Arts Academy
Our Fine Arts Pre-K through fifth-grade program offers a rigorous artistic experience in an academic environment. By integrating visual and performing arts into a traditional elementary setting, we create a vibrant, expressive environment where scholars grow creatively and academically.
Montessori
Lake Ridge Elementary School offers Montessori programs for scholars ages 3 to 11. With multi-age classrooms and hands-on learning, scholars gain independence, confidence and critical thinking skills, all while progressing at their own pace.
Secondary Choice Programs
Collegiate Pathway (Grades 6-12)
Scholars at the nationally recognized Collegiate Academy (grades 6-8) and Collegiate High School (grades 9-12) engage in accelerated learning through pre-AP, AP and dual credit courses designed to prepare them for post-secondary success. Through our partnership with Cedar Valley Community College, scholars have opportunity to earn up to 60 college credit hours tuition-free.
